Where do we ship? Currently, we focus on providing the best service to our customers in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.

Processing & Shipping Time:

• Processing: Since many of our sets are handcrafted to order, please allow 2-4 business days for preparation.

• Standard Shipping: Your order will be shipped from our international fulfillment center. Estimated delivery is 7-12 business days.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.

Customs & Import VAT: For our EU customers, please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes or VAT upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
